Policies

Children may not attend daycare if they have a fever of 100 4°F or higher, vomiting, diarrhea, contagious rash, pink eye, severe cough, head lice, or any contagious illness. Children must remain symptom-free for 24 hours before returning without medication assistance.

Medication must be in its original labeled container. Parents must complete a medication authorization form before staff can administer medication.

Parents will be contacted immediately in case of emergency. Emergency services may be called if necessary. Fire drills and emergency drills are conducted regularly.

Little Bees Daycare uses positive guidance and redirection techniques to encourage appropriate behavior. Physical punishment, humiliation, verbal abuse, or withholding food restroom access are strictly prohibited.
